Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models to provide actionable insights and scalable reporting for RH-ISAC operations. Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and automate data ingestion and transformation processes.
Requires a bachelor's degree in data analytics or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in business intelligence. Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is essential, with a preference for candidates skilled in Python, R, or Salesforce data.
The Retail & Hospitality Information Sharing and Analysis Center (RH-ISAC) is the trusted community for sharing sector-specific cybersecurity information and intelligence. RH-ISAC connects information security teams at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels to work together on issues and challenges, share best practices and benchmark among each other – all with the goal of building better security for the retail and hospitality industries through collaboration. RH-ISAC serves retailers, restaurants, hotels, gaming casinos, travel, food retailers, consumer products and other consumer-facing companies.
The Business Intelligence & Data Science Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and advancing the organization’s analytics capabilities. This role combines business intelligence, data analysis, and emerging data science techniques to deliver scalable reporting, actionable insights, and automation across RH-ISAC operations.
The position owns the development of dashboards, data models, and analytics workflows, while also identifying opportunities to enhance insight generation through modern tools, including Power BI and AI-enabled capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot. The analyst partners with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, evolve reporting frameworks, and proactively support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
