当社は、M&Aを通じて複数のグループ会社を迎えたSaaS企業です。
各グループ会社は中小企業または個人オーナー企業として運営されてきた背景から、社内規程・業務プロセスが未整備であったり、総務・労務・会計業務が属人化している、外部専門家（税理士・社労士）への依存度が高く社内実務基盤が弱い、といった課題を抱えています。
こうした状況を踏まえ、グループ会社および弊社を含むバックオフィス領域において、実務運用を安定的に担っていただける方を募集します。
本ポジションは総務・労務領域を主軸とし、関連する経理オペレーションおよびグループ会社の管理業務を横断的に担っていただきます。
総務・労務実務（グループ会社）
グループ会社における入退社手続き、社会保険・雇用保険手続きの実務対応
勤怠・給与データの取りまとめおよび社労士との連携
各グループ会社の総務業務（契約書管理、各種社内手続き、庶務対応 等）
各社における実務運用の問い合わせ対応・オペレーション支援
グループ会社の管理・現場連携
グループ各社の管理部門担当者とのコミュニケーションおよび実務調整
支払・労務などバックオフィス業務に関する現場オペレーションの実行・支援
各社ごとに異なる運用を吸収しながらの運用維持
外部専門家（社労士・税理士）との実務コミュニケーション

RESTARのCorporateチームに所属し、レポートラインはF&Aマネージャーとなります。
グループ会社の管理業務実務は本ポジションが担いますが、事業側責任者（管轄部長）とのやりとりや協業も発生します。
本ポジションは実務オペレーションの中核担当であり、業務の設計・統括機能はF&Aマネージャーが担います。
中小企業で総務・労務・経理など複数領域を横断的に担った実務経験
社会保険・労務手続きに関する基本的な知識（社労士と連携して対応できる程度）
月次決算の実務経験（資料の取りまとめ・税理士との連携を含む）
支払業務（銀行振込・請求処理など）の実務経験
バックオフィス領域における実務経験10年以上
日本語：ネイティブレベル
英語：読み書きレベル（社内ドキュメントの理解・対応が可能なレベル）
SaaS／IT企業でのバックオフィス経験
会計・労務システムの導入・運用経験
法人立上げに関わるバックオフィス業務の経験
M&A後のグループ会社管理（PMI）に関わる実務経験
グループ会社関連の関係者と円滑に関係を構築できるコミュニケーション力
F&Aマネージャーや外部専門家と協働しながら課題解決できる協調性

当社はフルリモート勤務が可能ですが、バックオフィス業務の性質上、出社や現地対応が必要となる場合があります。

年俸制：4,000,000円 ～ 8,000,000円
基本月給：333,400円〜666,700円（うち割増賃⾦⾒合部分80,000円〜159,000円/月）
月40時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給

Our service have a function which user can upload their information and make database using image recognition. All of those data has location, so we integrate them based on the location.
