We're now looking for a Strategic Supply Partnership Lead to grow our performance ads business globally.

Tasks

We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead to own and develop REPLUG’s performance supply ecosystem.

This is not a traditional account management role, and we are not looking for someone whose experience is limited to managing an existing book of supply partners.

We want someone with a genuine hunter mentality.

You should have a proven track record of identifying, approaching, and onboarding new partners, opening doors through your own network, and creating new commercial opportunities from scratch.

Strong industry relationships matter in this role. We are looking for someone who already understands the key players across the mobile performance ecosystem, knows who is worth speaking to, and can use that network to accelerate REPLUG’s access to new supply.

Just as importantly, you should have strong market intelligence. You should know what is happening across the ecosystem, where new inventory is emerging, which partners are gaining traction, where quality is deteriorating, and where the next meaningful opportunities may come from.

You’ll be responsible for identifying the partners we should work with, building the commercial relationships behind them, negotiating the right conditions and ensuring that those partnerships translate into real growth opportunities for our clients and REPLUG.

You’ll operate at the intersection of partnerships, commercial strategy and performance operations.

Your ecosystem will span OEMs, DSPs, SDK networks, publishers, affiliate partners and other alternative acquisition channels.

You’ll work closely with our performance, operations and sales teams to ensure we have the right supply available to support client growth.

You will report directly to the Performance Ads Lead, while working alongside the founders.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Build and Grow Our Supply Ecosystem

You’ll continuously develop the network of partners that powers REPLUG’s alternative acquisition offering.

You will:

• Identify and evaluate new publishers, networks and inventory partners globally.


• Develop relationships with OEMs, DSPs, SDK networks, affiliates and other performance partners.


• Own partner onboarding from initial evaluation through activation.


• Identify gaps in our current supply and proactively develop new opportunities.


• Build a diversified ecosystem that allows us to scale without becoming overly dependent on individual partners.

Our goal is to build the right ecosystem to scale brands globally.

Own Commercial Partnerships

You’ll manage our supply relationships as commercial partnerships, not simply operational integrations.

This includes:

• Managing and developing existing partner relationships.


• Negotiating payouts, pricing models and commercial terms.


• Identifying opportunities to improve margins and scalability.


• Exploring exclusive opportunities, preferred access or new inventory.


• Holding partners accountable for agreed performance, quality and delivery.


• Understanding when a partnership should be scaled, renegotiated or stopped.

You should be comfortable protecting REPLUG’s commercial interests while maintaining strong long-term relationships.

Connect Supply With Performance

Supply has value only when it delivers results.

You’ll work closely with our internal teams to:

• Match client campaigns with the most relevant inventory and partners.


• Support campaign launches and supply activation.


• Identify new scaling opportunities based on campaign performance.


• Analyse partner performance across quality, delivery, scalability and economics.


• Identify supply-side issues that may be limiting campaign performance.


• Help teams diversify acquisition when existing channels begin to saturate.

You’ll need to understand both sides of the equation: what advertisers need and what partners can realistically deliver.

Protect Quality

Scaling poor-quality inventory isn’t growth.

You’ll help ensure that REPLUG’s supply ecosystem maintains a high standard of performance and transparency.

You’ll monitor and challenge partners around:

• Traffic quality.


• Fraud and suspicious activity.


• Attribution anomalies.


• Delivery consistency.


• KPI performance.


• Scalability.


• Communication and operational reliability.

When something doesn’t make sense, we expect you to investigate it rather than accept the explanation you’re given.

Help Build REPLUG’s Own Performance Infrastructure

The role also extends beyond third-party partnerships.

You’ll contribute to the development of REPLUG’s own performance ecosystem, including:

• Managing and optimizing supply operations for our in-house rewarded app ecosystem.


• Supporting the development of our internal affiliate and network marketplace infrastructure.


• Identifying opportunities to build more direct supply relationships.


• Helping define processes, systems and commercial frameworks that make the ecosystem scalable.

This gives you the opportunity to help build infrastructure rather than simply manage existing relationships.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who understands that successful partnerships sit somewhere between relationships, numbers and execution.

You should have:

• At least 3-5 years of experience within mobile advertising, AdTech, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing.


• A solid understanding of the mobile performance ecosystem.


• Experience working with publishers, networks, DSPs, OEMs, affiliates, SDK traffic or comparable acquisition partners.


• Strong commercial instincts and confidence negotiating deals.


• The ability to evaluate a partnership based on performance and business potential, not just relationship quality.


• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with performance data and KPIs.


• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.


• The ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously.


• A proactive approach to identifying problems and opportunities.


• Excellent spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships across the mobile advertising ecosystem.


• Experience managing international publisher or supply partnerships.


• Experience with rewarded acquisition or offerwall ecosystems.


• Understanding of attribution, MMPs and mobile measurement.


• Experience working with performance campaigns on CPI, CPA, ROAS or revenue-based models.


• Previous experience within a mobile agency, ad network, DSP, affiliate network or app growth company.


• Additional languages.
