Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts including sales, vendor, and partnership agreements. Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory changes and support cross-functional teams such as product, compliance, and HR.
Requires a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school, active bar membership, and 2 to 4 years of attorney experience. Preference is given to candidates with B2B contract experience and knowledge of U.S. privacy laws or SaaS environments.

This individual will be our third legal hire and report directly to our Senior Vice President of Legal. This position is ideal for someone who possesses some practical experience in commercial and corporate legal matters, with a focus on technology and data governance, and is looking to grow that experience and take on greater responsibility.
- Experience supporting a SaaS, PaaS, or other data-driven or technology-driven company.
- Knowledge of and experience interpreting U.S.-based privacy laws, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act,
- The Driver’s Privacy Protection Act, or other similar legislation.
