The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items such as burgers and fries while maintaining food quality standards. They must also ensure their kitchen station remains clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
No previous restaurant experience is required as full training is provided. Candidates must be dependable, possess a positive attitude, and be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

We’re looking for dependable people who enjoy working with a team and want to learn. Previous kitchen experience is welcome, but it is not required — we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a combination of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
As a Line Cook, you’ll prepare Red Robin menu items while working as part of our kitchen team.

Experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Cook, Kitchen Helper, Dishwasher, or in another restaurant role is welcome, but we’re equally interested in people who are new to restaurant kitchens and ready to learn.
We’ll train you on our kitchen stations, recipes, food-safety procedures, and Red Robin operating standards.
For team members who want to grow, strong performance, reliability, and leadership can lead to opportunities as a Shift Supervisor and eventually into restaurant management.
We believe in developing people from within and giving strong team members opportunities to take on more responsibility as they build their skills.
