Provide personalized coaching and support to clients to achieve mental health, vocational, and life skills goals. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary providers and facilitate family meetings while maintaining confidential documentation.
Requires an associate-level license in Washington State (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSWAIC) and at least 2 years of experience in healthcare or social services. Must possess a valid WA State Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Location: Seattle office (Eastlake Ave E) + hybrid work across King County
Schedule: Flexible hours, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $72,000–$85,000/year, depending on experience
