The Charge Up Operator is responsible for the assembly, positioning, and detonation of explosives in an underground mining environment. They work within a production team to ensure safe and efficient charging activities.
Candidates must be able to obtain a Queensland Blaster's Licence and hold a manual driver's licence along with First Aid and CPR qualifications. Required certifications include Working at Heights, Dogging, and High Risk Vehicle Loading Crane (Class CV).

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a long-term underground mining operation while enjoying an excellent 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off FIFO roster that supports a genuine work-life balance.
The Charge Up Operator is responsible for the assembly, positioning and detonation of explosives within the underground mining environment. Working as part of a high-performing production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient charging activities while maintaining Redpath's commitment to Safety – First, Last and Always.
