Lead complex projects involving the analysis, documentation, and testing of Credit Cards Supplier Systems and related interfaces. Provide mentorship to Cards Supplier Analysts and manage the end-to-end UAT and Post Implementation Verification processes.
Requires extensive experience with Cards systems, specifically TSYS, TS2, TLP, and TCS. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex technical requirements and stakeholder sign-offs.

RBC Card Operations and Supplier Services is hiring a Cards Supplier Lead. You will be responsible for analysis, facilitation, documentation, testing and support of Credit Cards Supplier Systems and related interfaces for assigned projects, assignments and initiatives. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will also support and mentor Cards Supplier Analysts (CSA) on the day to day deliverables prior to review and approval by Senior Manager for small to large-scale projects/initiatives.
