Requires a university degree in construction management and over 7 years of real estate experience, including 3 years in complex services solutions. Must possess strong knowledge of project lifecycles, procurement, capital planning, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Construction & Engineering, this position is primary responsible for establishing and upholding global standards, governance, and technical excellence for RBC’s construction and engineering projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. All responsibilities carried out in accordance with Code of Conduct, RBC Values and Guiding Principles ensuring adherence to Privacy Principles.
