The Aternity Performance Engineer designs and supports the deployment of application monitoring technologies to maintain network operations. Key tasks include creating custom reports, troubleshooting APM infrastructure, and maintaining technical documentation for the customer.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, 5-10 years of experience, and a TS/SCI clearance. A DoD 8570 IAT II certification is required along with proficiency in APM tools and server operating systems.

Clearance: TS/SCI
The Aternity Performance Engineer provides design, guidance, and support for the deployment of application monitoring technologies that supports our contract program operating at MacDill, AFB FL. The Aternity Performance Engineer provides knowledge and understanding of data networks, system administration, and application monitoring to the entire effort for the customers. This position works with the government, military, and other contractors to engineer, install, assess, and support the technical solution(s).
The purpose of this program is to provide the customer with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end-user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to the customer, and the end-user who operates around the globe 24x7x365.
Requirements
Employees will be working indoors in an office environment with other people. Potential moderate temperature fluctuations. Typical indoor and computer related noise level, and typical office, paper, and equipment related dust. Exposure to video display terminals occurs on a regular basis.
