The paralegal will be responsible for reviewing discovery, summarizing medical records, and managing expert witness files. They will also assist in preparing evidence for dispositive motions and trials while handling office billing.
Candidates must hold a certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program or equivalent credentials under Business and Professions Code section 6450. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational and analytical skills are required.
