The Associate Attorney will join the litigation team to handle insurance defense and business cases. Responsibilities include conducting research, writing, and managing depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense. A current license to practice law in North Carolina is required.
