Provide one-on-one community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities to increase their independence and inclusion. Responsibilities include implementing staff action plans, providing respite for families, and documenting services in electronic health records.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of experience. Possession of a personal smartphone for documentation purposes is strongly preferred.
Looking for fun, creative and flexible staff to provide community based support services for individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages. Community Support Professionals work one on one with individuals on their caseload to implement unique services, to explore and build skills which support increased independence, inclusion, and community engagement. In terms of work locations listed above, you have the option of choosing the towns you prefer with a flexible daytime work schedule. This position can be full or part time in Cortland County. This position requires that you have your own transportation. We also have a generous reimbursement for mileage, $.76 per mile.
Those working fewer than 10 scheduled hours per week will earn $17.25 per hour.
