Job Summary:
This role involves supporting the testing and demonstration of various systems and applications to ensure quality and functionality within QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of test cases and scenarios for software applications and systems.
Document test results, defects, and observations clearly and concisely.
Support the preparation of test data and environments.
Participate in demonstrating system functionalities to stakeholders and gather feedback.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and test objectives.
Help identify and report bugs and inconsistencies.
Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Perform basic troubleshooting of test environments and applications.
Job Qualifications:**
Minimum of a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with various operating systems and basic computer applications.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
