The Configuration Specialist is responsible for configuring and maintaining software applications and system settings across development, testing, and production environments. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage release baselines, documentation, and troubleshooting for both SaaS and embedded systems.
Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in configuration or software support and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proficiency with version control systems, change control processes, and experience in SaaS or embedded environments is required.

Q-Free is looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Configuration Specialist to join our Technology team. In this role, you will ensure our software systems are correctly configured, maintained, and deployed to support both customer needs and business operations.
You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Customer Support teams, playing a critical role in enabling high-quality software releases across both SaaS and embedded environments.
