The Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of M&A tax deliverables, including due diligence and the development of tax structures for domestic and cross-border transactions. Responsibilities also include client relationship management, business development, and managing teams to optimize tax outcomes for clients.
Candidates must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of relevant experience in M&A tax. Required expertise includes deep technical knowledge of Direct Tax, Corporate laws, FEMA, and SEBI regulations, alongside strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Description & Summary
A career within Merger and Acquisition Tax, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage M&A Tax to enhance their customer experiences
Responsibilities:
M&A Tax & Regulatory practice provides end-to-end solutions for different types of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, demergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, inbound and outbound advisory, transaction and business model structuring, due diligence and family arrangements.
The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of a Manager will include the following:
Ideation and end to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness
Conducting due diligence on targets
Client relationship management
Interaction with Government authorities
MIS management
People management
Business development
Interaction with other advisors and professionals within and outside the firm.
Mandatory skill sets
Working in this discipline will see a Manager working on multiple engagements and teams (sizes of which will vary depending on client/project).
To qualify for the same a Manager will need:
To be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years’ of relevant experience
Thorough technical knowledge of Direct Tax, Corporate laws, Stamp Duty, FEMA and SEBI Regulations
