Vos missions
En tant que consultant senior au sein de notre équipe Practice Opérations, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conduite de projets de transformation digitale pour nos clients industriels, depuis la phase de cadrage jusqu’à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle.
Vous interviendrez auprès de grands groupes et d’ETI, dans des secteurs variés (manufacturier, agroalimentaire, chimie, pharmacie, équipement industriel, biens de consommation…), afin d’optimiser leurs processus Manufacturing et Supply Chain :
Vous serez pleinement impliqué dans des projets de transformation d’envergure, en contribuant au pilotage, à la réflexion stratégique et à l’optimisation des processus métiers liés au Manufacturing et à la Supply Chain (prévisions, etc.), dans le but de générer une réelle valeur ajoutée pour nos clients.
Vous interviendrez sur des projets de transformation digitale, de la stratégie à l’exécution : définition du schéma directeur, accompagnement au choix d’outils (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, MES…), élaboration de la stratégie de migration (Greenfield/Brownfield), gestion des appels d’offres (RFI/RFP), jusqu’à la mise en œuvre des solutions dans des secteurs variés tels que l’industrie, le luxe ou l’énergie.
Vous contribuez au développement de la compétence Operations Consulting en participant activement à la communauté et au travaux internes (innovation, capitalisation, etc.).

Quelques missions emblématiques :
Pilotage de programmes de transformation opérationnelle (process, outils, organisation)
Accompagnement des directions métiers et IT dans le cadre de projets ERP et de transformation SI (MES,WMS,OMS etc...) de la phase de cadrage jusqu’au déploiement.
Réalisation de diagnostics 360° des processus opérationnels et du SI pour des acteurs industriels majeurs.
Aide au choix d'outil
Vous contribuerez également au développement de l’équipe au sein et en dehors de la firme en aidant sur les sujets suivants :
Animation et développement de notre communication interne et externe
Participation aux travaux de réflexion stratégique (Thought Leadership) pour identifier les sujets sur lesquels se positionner
Contribution au développement du cabinet
Participation aux développement commercial et aux réponses aux appels d’offres
Votre profil
Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur, ou d'un 3ème cycle universitaire, vous possédez entre 3 et 6 années dans le domaine du manufacturing, en gestion de projet digital ou en cabinet de Conseil.
Une première expérience en conseil est un plus pour ce poste
Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances des processus métiers liés au Manufacturing, Forecasting et Supply Chain.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance fonctionnelle et/ou avez contribué à l’implémentation d’ERP (SAP de préférence) ou de solutions MES (conception, custo, testing, déploiement).
Vous disposez de bonnes compétences méthodologiques en gestion de projet digital.
Vous êtes à l’aise pour travailler en anglais et en français quotidiennement (écrit et oral)
Vous avez démontré votre leadership dans des contextes de projet complexe
Vous êtes titulaire d’une certification en lien avec la Supply Chain ou le Manufacturing (CPIM APICS, Lean Six Sigma Green ou Black Belt, etc…).
