The Photo Assistant Manager oversees the operation of photo concession facilities at the Banff Gondola to maximize revenue through souvenir photo sales. Key duties include managing payroll, budgets, inventory, and leading the photo team in guest service and sales training.
Candidates must have proven leadership skills and experience in retail sales, specifically in supervisory and purchasing roles. Knowledge of current photo programs and equipment, along with experience in budget and labour control, is required.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Photo Assistant Manager will effectively operate the Photo Concession Facilities at the Banff Gondola. Focused on guest service, an engaged team and generating maximum revenue through sales of souvenir photos. Responsibilities Includes reporting on: purchase orders, receiving reports, department payroll, annual labour budget, and annual report.
