Develop and optimize CNC programs and manufacturing process plans to improve quality and cost efficiency in aerospace operations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, perform root cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers on the shop floor.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will leverage your experience and technical expertise to develop innovative solutions, optimize manufacturing processes, and lead initiatives that drive quality, cost efficiency, and productivity in our aerospace manufacturing operations. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges, drive continuous improvement, and enhance manufacturing capabilities. You will also serve as a mentor and coach to early-career engineers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
Location: Stuart, FL. On-Site.
