The Process Engineer will develop and implement new manufacturing processes using 3P and Kaizen methodologies to ensure high-quality aerospace component production. They are responsible for creating work instructions, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance machining efficiency.
The role requires experience in aerospace manufacturing, proficiency in CNC machining, and knowledge of GD&T and CAD/CAM software. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our New Product Introduction team. In this role, the Process Engineer will work with other NPI engineers in developing and implementing new manufacturing processes based on 3P and Kaizen methods to ensure the production of high-quality aerospace components. This position requires a strong understanding of precision machining, aerospace industry standards, kaizen principles, 3P, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Location: Ben Arous, Tunisia
This role is expected to be onsite 5 days/week with ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
