The Packer is responsible for visually inspecting, grading, and packaging fresh vegetables according to customer specifications and food safety standards. This includes maintaining a clean work area and ensuring all produce is handled carefully to prevent damage.
A secondary school diploma is preferred, and no previous experience is required, though knowledge of packhouse operations and GMP is a plus. Candidates must be able to work in a refrigerated environment and lift up to 50 pounds.

The General Labor – Packer role assures that produce of the highest quality is packed into the appropriate containers, accurately labelled, and meets food safety, quality, and customer specification.
