SoftwareSeni is a Software Development Company based in Yogyakarta & Sydney, Australia. We have been designing and developing phone apps, websites, and mobile experiences. We love solving tough problems – from user experience to design and code. We build enterprise web-based solutions for clients all over the world, from Australia, Indonesia, Europe, Africa, and America. Our clients from Indonesia: Astra International, Traveloka, Angkasa Pura, and Peduli Anak Foundation. Our clients from Australia: Bike Exchange, Downsizing, Red Balloon, Sectara, and many more.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project ownership.
  
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Strong understanding of UX and usability principles, including visual hierarchy, information architecture, typography, and user flows.
  
• Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries.
  
• Comfortable using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma Make, ChatGPT, Claude) to support design exploration and workflow efficiency.
  
• Experience conducting usability testing and applying findings to improve designs.
  
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
  
• Ability to translate business goals and user research into product strategy, user flows, and MVP scope.
  
• Skilled in owning the end-to-end UX/Product Design process, from research and problem framing through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff.
  
• Ability to use AI-assisted design tools effectively while applying good judgment and maintaining ownership of final design decisions.
• Possess strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Having experience with front-end development will be a plus
• Willing to work onsite at our Yogyakarta Office.

Responsibilities:

• Development of SoftwareSeni’s products.
• Work as a team to investigate and resolve issues.
