The Client Success Specialist manages school relationships by facilitating onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure student success. They collaborate with internal POD teams and school champions to align goals and resolve implementation challenges.
Candidates should have experience in K-12 education and strong interpersonal and communication skills. A Master's degree is preferred, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
As a Client Success Specialist, you will take ownership of client relationships, making sure each school receives the support and guidance needed to succeed with our services. A deep understanding of each school’s unique needs will be key to delivering an exceptional client experience and making a direct impact on student success. You will work closely with your POD, which includes a Data Specialist and a Teaching and Learning Specialist.
Success in this role depends on building professional relationships rooted in transparency, trust, and mutual respect. Clear and consistent communication with your POD, the Operations Team, and other teams across Proximity Learning, Inc. (PLI) will be essential.
