Provi is looking for a Distributor Account Manager to build strategic relationships with some of our most important partners – alcohol distributors across the country. In this role, you'll help distributors maximize the value of Provi by driving product adoption, training sales teams, and partnering with leadership to improve efficiency and business outcomes. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers grow while providing valuable feedback that influences our product and customer experience.
\nWhat You'll Be DoingOwning strategic relationships with enterprise distributor partners, including regular engagement with senior leadership and executive stakeholders, as well as sales managers and representatives, to understand business goals and identify opportunities to increase adoption of Provi.
Lead onboarding, product training sessions, business reviews, and strategic planning conversations with distributor stakeholders.
Drive adoption of Provi's products and tools through education, best-practice recommendations, and ongoing account management.
Identify opportunities to expand product usage and introduce additional Provi solutions that align with customer needs.
Coordinate complex contract renewals with enterprise distributor partners, aligning pricing and terms to deliver value, navigating executive-level negotiations, and securing long-term agreements that support mutual growth
Maintain a tight handle on escalations and support trends, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure issues are addressed quickly and effectively
Monitor account health, proactively address risks, and coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve customer issues.
Partner closely with Product, Customer Support, Sales, and other internal teams to advocate for distributor needs and improve the customer experience.
3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, Sales, or a related customer-facing role.
Experience managing a portfolio of customers and building long-term relationships. Enterprise or strategic accounts is a plus.
Strategic Ownership: Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, with strong judgement and autonomy when managing complex, high-impact partnerships
Executive Presence: Confidence and clarity of verbal and written communications with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders, with experience leading customer presentations, trainings, or business reviews.
Integration Expertise: Ability to learn and deeply understand Provi’s integrations and ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations
Influence & Leadership: Able to drive alignment internally and externally without direct authority
Trusted Partner: Builds credibility, navigates resistance, and grows Provi’s strategic relevance within enterprise organizations
Comfortable using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and customer success tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to support distributor partners.
Beverage alcohol industry experience
