El Shipping and Receiving Specialist será responsable de desempeñarse en un entorno de ritmo acelerado enfocado en la atención al cliente. En este rol, brindarás apoyo en distintos aspectos relacionados con logística y transporte. Serás responsable de atender llamadas de diversos clientes para apoyar con solicitudes de rastreo, seguimiento y envíos urgentes. Además, deberás escalar los casos pertinentes a los gerentes correspondientes y notificar a los Gerentes de Cadena de Suministro involucrados.

Coordinar, programar y despachar todos los requerimientos de servicio desde recolecciones locales hasta entregas locales. Actuar como enlace directo entre las operaciones de almacén y el proceso de entrega local.
Dar seguimiento y proporcionar actualizaciones sobre la ubicación de los conductores locales.
Corregir rastreos en el sistema utilizando la información adecuada del embarque.
Atender llamadas y brindar asistencia a clientes internos y externos, incluyendo rastreos y solicitudes urgentes.
Crear rastreos en el sistema y solicitar autorización para liberar embarques bloqueados.
Identificar y actualizar el estatus de los rastreos en el sistema.
Responder correos de los Gerentes de Cadena de Suministro y atender solicitudes urgentes.
Enviar notificaciones sobre embarques retrasados.
Recolectar, organizar y enviar los siguientes reportes de forma diaria: entradas (inbound), porcentaje, salidas (outbound), transferencias, y reporte de despacho al final del día.
Coordinar, evaluar y planear cargas de salida para distintos centros, incluyendo recolecciones locales diarias y actualización del sistema.
Trabajar con el reporte de transferencias para identificar volumen, piezas y peso, y planificar el movimiento del material según fechas de entrega.
Dar seguimiento a pre-alertas y confirmar recepción del embarque.
Identificar y proponer mejoras innovadoras en los procesos logísticos con base en análisis de información.
Brindar constantemente un excelente servicio al cliente, basado en análisis de procesos.
Utilizar sistemas informáticos para análisis, simulaciones, documentación e informes.
Implementar iniciativas de mejora continua para optimizar el desempeño del puesto, del equipo y de la empresa.
Realizar revisiones físicas en almacén según se le asignen.

De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en funciones similares o en atención al cliente, o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
