About the Role
Pro AV Solutions Queensland is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Installation Team Leader to join our high-performing Deployment Team. This role offers the opportunity to combine your technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities, taking ownership of the successful delivery of complex audiovisual installations across a diverse range of commercial projects.
As a Team Leader, you will lead from the front—remaining actively involved in the installation and commissioning process while providing direction, mentoring, and support to installation technicians on site. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering a positive and productive team culture.
This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled AV professional looking to advance their leadership career while remaining closely connected to the technical aspects of project delivery.
