What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership onsite — leading crews, driving progress, and ensuring every install meets our high standards.

• Lead and supervise technicians on site, setting the tone for quality and productivity
• Deliver full AV installations across commercial projects (audio, video, control systems)
• Install and terminate equipment including speakers, displays, projectors, control hardware and screens
• Troubleshoot issues and support the wider technical team when needed
• Work closely with Project Managers to keep delivery on track
• Stay responsive to client needs and represent the business professionally
• Maintain compliance with our systems, processes and values

You’ll be working across a variety of sites and projects — no two days are the same.

About You

You’re a natural leader who’s just as comfortable on the tools as you are managing a team onsite.

• Proven experience leading AV installations onsite
• Confident managing multiple technicians while staying hands-on
• Solid understanding of AV systems and how components interact
• Experience with structured cabling and installation best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliable, accountable, and customer-focused
• Keen to grow and develop your career

Experience with platforms like AMX, Crestron, Extron, or Kramer is a bonus.

Licences & Tickets

Ideally, you’ll hold:

• ACMA Open Cabling Licence (+ Structured Endorsement)
• White Card (QLD)
• EWP tickets (SL, BL, VL – Yellow Card)
• Current Australian manual driver’s licence
