The role involves optimizing transport and logistics processes by bridging SAP FI/CO expertise with SAP Transportation Management. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, designing systemic solution strategies, and implementing customer-specific requirements for freight cost processes.
Candidates need a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a similar field, along with experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant. Proficiency in German is required, and an interest in evolving into an SAP TM Consultant is essential.
Als SAP Consultant FI/CO mit Schwerpunkt Frachtkosten (all genders) unterstützt du uns dabei, Unternehmen bei der Optimierung ihrer Transport- und Logistikprozesse zu begleiten. Warum wir dafür gezielt nach SAP FI/CO-Beraterinnen suchen? Weil Frachtkosten ein zentraler Bestandteil moderner SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)-Projekte sind und wir davon überzeugt sind, dass dein Know-how aus dem Finanz- und Controlling-Umfeld die ideale Grundlage für den nächsten Karriereschritt bildet.
Bei uns bleibst du daher nicht langfristig im klassischen FI/CO-Umfeld. Stattdessen entwickelst du dich Schritt für Schritt zum SAP TM Consultant und verbindest deine Erfahrung rund um Kosten- und Abrechnungsprozesse mit der Gestaltung moderner Logistiklösungen.
In sämtlichen Projektphasen übernimmst du neben der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen auch die Konzeption systemischer Lösungsstrategien sowie die Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen im SAP-Umfeld. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt dabei auf der Abbildung und Optimierung von Frachtkostenprozessen – von der Kostenbetrachtung über Abrechnungsszenarien bis hin zur Integration in ganzheitliche Transportprozesse.
Darüber hinaus arbeitest du gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen aus der Beratung sowie der Entwicklung an kundenspezifischen Applikationen und begleitest Inbetriebnahmen sowie Tests der Software vor Ort.
Unser Laufbahnmodell bietet dir die Möglichkeit, dich entweder in eine eher technische Rolle weiterzuentwickeln oder in Richtung Projektleitung bzw. Mitarbeiterführung zu wachsen. Wir legen großen Wert auf die Vereinbarkeit von Arbeit und Privatleben und versuchen daher, die Reisezeiten so gering wie möglich zu halten. Unsere Projektmethodik ermöglicht es, dass du nur während bestimmter Phasen zu unseren Kunden reisen musst. Ansonsten kannst du entweder im Büro oder im Homeoffice arbeiten.
abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung
Erfahrung als SAP Consultant im SAP FI-CO-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Berührungspunkten zu Kostenrechnung, Controlling, Abrechnung oder Frachtkostenprozessen
Interesse daran, dein Know-how im Bereich SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) und logistiknaher Prozesse weiter auszubauen
gute Kenntnisse im Customizing und in der Konzepterstellung im Rahmen von kundenspezifischen Anpassungen
technisches Verständnis im SAP-Umfeld sowie Interesse daran, Code zu lesen, zu debuggen oder perspektivisch kleinere Entwicklungen umzusetzen; erste Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
Reisebereitschaft während bestimmter Projektphasen
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
