Develop, implement, and evaluate leisure programs to meet the psychosocial, physical, and spiritual needs of residents. Manage departmental operations, including budgets, staff supervision, and the coordination of facility events and newsletters.
Previous experience working with seniors in a retirement or long-term care setting is required. Candidates must possess an Activation Certificate or equivalent experience in event planning and organization.
