Requires a degree in Engineering and over 10 years of managerial experience in Lean Manufacturing or Process Engineering within production plants. Must hold a Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification and be proficient in English and digital manufacturing tools.

SCOPO
In qualità di Lean Manufacturing Leader, avrai l'opportunità di guidare la trasformazione e il miglioramento continuo degli stabilimenti produttivi del Gruppo Prada, coordinando un team di Ingegneri Lean e promuovendo l'eccellenza operativa attraverso l'ottimizzazione dei processi industriali. Il ruolo prevede la responsabilità di sviluppare e diffondere le metodologie Lean Manufacturing nei plant del Gruppo, favorendo innovazione, standardizzazione e miglioramento delle performance produttive a livello nazionale e internazionale.
RESPONSABILITÀ
REQUISITI E CONOSCENZE
Laurea in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Industriale o affini)
Esperienza di 10+ anni in ruoli manageriali di Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement o Industrial/Process Engineering maturata all'interno di stabilimenti produttivi
Esperienza consolidata in programmi di Operational Excellence e trasformazione industriale, con introduzione di soluzioni di digital manufacturing (MES), sistemi di monitoraggio delle performance e progetti di innovazione, automazione e industrializzazione dei processi.
Certificazione Lean Six Sigma Green Belt o Black Belt (la certificazione Black Belt sarà considerata un plus)
Utilizzo avanzato di Excel e strumenti di Business Intelligence
Familiarità con MES, ERP e PLM
Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese
Forte orientamento al problem solving, leadership e capacità di guidare il cambiamento
Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all'estero.
