Ensure the quality of finished footwear products across all group brands by defining and controlling end-to-end processes from development to production. Coordinate continuous improvement activities, monitor supplier performance via KPIs, and manage non-conformity analysis and problem solving.
Requires a degree in Management/Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields with 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or quality within manufacturing. Proficiency in English and MS Office is required, with experience in Fashion & Luxury or PLM tools being a strong plus.

SCOPO
La persona selezionata sarà inserito all’interno del team di Qualità Industriale sito nella sede industriale di Terranuova B.ni (AR). Il ruolo avrà l’obiettivo di garantire la qualità del prodotto finito calzatura di tutti i brand del gruppo, attraverso la definizione, il miglioramento e il controllo dei processi end to end: sviluppo prodotto, industrializzazione, fornitori materia prima, produzioni interne ed esterne, controllo qualità materie prime e prodotto finito.
RESPONSABILITA’
REQUISITI E CONOSCENZE
Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale/Meccanica, Economia, Statistica o affini
3–5 anni di esperienza in attività di ingegneria di processo, analisi tempi e metodi e/o qualità all’interno di contesti industriali manifatturieri.
Costituisce un forte plus l’esperienza nel settore Fashion & Luxury, anche in ambito consulenziale su processi produttivi e nell’implementazione di strumenti digitali (es. PLM).
Conoscenza delle metodologie di Gestione della Qualità
Problem Solving strutturato e approccio analitico
Buone competenze organizzative e di pianificazione
Teamwork e cooperazione
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Ottimo utilizzo di Office, in particolare Excel, Power Point ed Access (la conoscenza di PowerBI e simili è un plus)
