The Electrical Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility electrical systems. They perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations while minimizing downtime.
Requirements
Candidates should have previous experience working in a manufacturing or refinery facility and the ability to read electrical schematics. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a willingness to learn and adopt company core values.

From our 40,000 SF facility in Missouri City, TX, we currently manage the production, sales, marketing, planning, and distribution of 3D printing filament for the North America region.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Electrical Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This position performs preventive and corrective maintenance while minimizing equipment downtime.
POSITION TYPE
Full Time, Hourly
The Electrical Technician reports directly to the Plant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and electromechanical issues on production equipment and facility systems (24V–480V).
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and minimize production downtime.
Install, replace, and maintain electrical components, including motors, sensors, VFDs, contactors, breakers, and control panels.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur.
Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to Production and Management.
Support equipment installation, startup, and production changeovers as needed.
Follow all company safety procedures, including LOTO, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Key Expectations:
8 Hour Shift, 5days/week (alternating schedule)
All tools and materials to be provided by employer
Reliable transportation to and from the facility
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Walking, standing, bending, lifting, and reaching are normal expected movements during a shift
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or refinery facility
Willingness to learn and teach others
