The Accounting and Reporting Manager will oversee complex accounting functions, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management of global audits. They will also assist with internal controls, M&A accounting, and cross-functional collaboration to support the company's financial operations.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and a CPA license. The role requires 6-8 years of experience, including at least 3-4 years in Big 4 public accounting and 2+ years in an enterprise SaaS environment.

We are currently seeking a fully remote accounting and reporting manager to oversee the company’s complex accounting function and operations.
In this role, you’ll be accountable for ensuring accurate financial reporting for a global company by focusing on accounting for both operational and complex transactions. You will lead the preparation of the financial statements, while assisting with global audits, and assist with enhancing internal controls to ensure accuracy of the company’s reported financial results.
Reporting to the Controller, you will work cross functionally with other departments across the organization, and will be instrumental in managing the company through a period of transition and transformation.

Pay range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
