The role involves the technical implementation and configuration of the Hopper AI tool at customer sites, including machine connectivity and staff training. Additionally, the position requires coordinating implementation projects and translating customer feedback into product feature requests.
Candidates should have a degree in plastics technology, mechanical engineering, or a technician's qualification with experience in injection molding and machine controls. Proficiency in German and English, along with a basic understanding of industrial OT environments and a willingness to travel, is required.
