The role involves onboarding new customers to ensure they quickly realize the value of the AI-ERP software. You will act as the primary point of contact for users and feed customer feedback directly into the product and GTM teams.
Candidates must have a hands-on mindset, strong communication skills in German, and a passion for helping customers succeed. Experience in support, CS, or startups, as well as interest in AI automation, is preferred.

Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und du sorgst dafür, dass sie schnell Erfolg mit PlanD haben. Du onboardest neue Nutzer und bleibst ihr Ansprechpartner, wenn Fragen auftauchen. Dein Feedback fließt direkt ins Produkt- und GTM-Team und gute Ideen zur Kundenbindung kannst du direkt eigenständig umsetzen.
