Prepare menu items with precision and consistency while adhering to recipes and sanitation standards. Maintain clean workstations and coordinate food production to ensure high quality and presentation during service hours.
Requires at least 1 year of experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant and knowledge of modern cooking techniques. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
