The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business for corporate and private events across the Nashville market. They will oversee all catering operations, from strategic sales planning and client relations to seamless event execution and team leadership.

Position Summary
The Catering Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of catering operations, from business development and sales strategy to seamless event execution. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, sales-focused, and dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences while cultivating a positive team culture.
This position offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, along with a lucrative, uncapped commission structure tied to catering sales. For a results-driven individual, this role provides substantial earning potential, allowing you to significantly exceed your base salary as you drive the brand’s growth and success.
