Perform hardware diagnosis, component replacement, and log analysis for autonomous mobile robots (AMR) and server infrastructure. Provide technical support and commissioning both in the Munich workshop and directly at customer sites.
Must be an enrolled student in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Robotics, or a similar field with a hands-on mentality. Basic knowledge of Linux and the command line is required, along with B2 level German and willingness to travel.

Unsere Roboter sind täglich bei Kunden im Einsatz – und wie jede komplexe Hardware benötigen sie gelegentlich technische Betreuung. Ob ein Board eine SSD nicht mehr erkennt, eine WLAN-Verbindung instabil ist oder ein Sensor ausfällt: Du hilfst uns, solche Störungen systematisch einzugrenzen und zu beheben – in unserer Werkstatt in München sowie bei Bedarf direkt vor Ort beim Kunden. Dabei wirst du jederzeit per Remote von unserem Team unterstützt, und moderne KI-Tools gehören bei uns zum selbstverständlichen Handwerkszeug.
