The Universal Teller processes deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while opening new deposit accounts. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and recommending financial products that meet customer needs.
Candidates should be friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong professional communication skills. Previous experience in cash handling, customer service, or banking is preferred but not required as training is provided.

As a Universal Teller, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our customers see. You’ll provide exceptional service while helping customers with their everyday banking needs and connecting them with products and services that make a difference in their financial lives.
Your day may include:
· Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other teller transactions accurately and efficiently
· Opening new checking, savings, and other deposit accounts
· Identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that fit customers’ needs
· Providing outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
· Maintaining an accurate cash drawer and following security procedures
· Working as part of a supportive team dedicated to serving our communities
· Loves helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences
· Is friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
· Enjoys learning and building relationships
· Communicates professionally and confidently
· Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
