The Director of Corporate Philanthropy is responsible for raising annual, capital, and endowment funds from a portfolio of corporate donors. This includes designing major gift strategies, managing corporate relationships, and coordinating donor benefits for the Philadelphia Ballet.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of experience in sales or membership-based organizations. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, AI prospecting tools, and strong proposal writing skills are required.
Summary/Objective:
The Director of Corporate Philanthropy is responsible for raising blended annual, capital, endowment from an assigned portfolio of corporate donors and prospects. This role serves as lead in establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential corporate sponsors for Philadelphia Ballet’s Center for Dance Grand Opening (as part of our Building Joy Campaign), performances at The Academy of Music on South Broad Street, and other important organizational priorities. Collaborate across the Advancement team to ensure consistent, comprehensive, corporate donor-driven strategies for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
