The Prison Program Representative is responsible for mobilizing local churches to support incarcerated individuals and their families. They will build relationships with stakeholders and coach volunteer teams to execute ministry programs and events.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of sales or relationship management experience and 2 years of volunteer management experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a commitment to the organization's Christian values.

Colson was incarcerated for Watergate-related charges and could not forget those he had left behind prison walls.
