Lead day-to-day operations of the men's prison Academy Program at Ware State Prison. This includes delivering classroom curriculum, managing case plans, and collaborating with corrections staff and volunteers.
Requires a bachelor's degree in social science, business, or a related field with over 7 years of program management experience. Candidates must have a proven track record in team building, budgeting, and classroom instruction within a correctional setting.

Colson was incarcerated for Watergate-related charges and could not forget those he had left behind prison walls.
