The Automation and Controls Engineer will support, maintain, and improve manufacturing automation systems to minimize downtime and meet process requirements. They will also plan and execute capital projects while ensuring full compliance with FDA and GMP standards.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in Rockwell Automation systems and project management is required, with preference given to those with food or pharmaceutical industry experience.

Perrigo Nutritionals, located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, has an opening for an Automation and Controls Engineer. This Engineering position supports all aspects of Perrigo Nutritionals automation and control systems. Provides support and maintenance of manufacturing automation and control systems to minimize downtime. Identifies and implements continuous improvement within process, automation and control systems as well as modifying systems to meet new/changing process requirements. Plans and execute capital projects that align with strategic site objectives. Work must be conducted in such a manner as to meet all FDA/GMP requirements. This position reports to the Engineering Manager.
