The Global IP Counsel provides day-to-day advice on trademarks and other IP rights while managing the transition to an outsourced portfolio model. They are responsible for handling IP disputes, drafting IP-related agreements, and ensuring data integrity across the global IP platform.
Candidates must be a qualified lawyer or Trademark Attorney with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a strong trademark foundation. Strong communication skills and experience working with external counsel or outsourced providers are highly advantageous.

We’re looking for a curious commercially minded Global IP Counsel to help protect and grow the value of Perrigo’s intellectual property portfolio. Reporting to Perrigo’s Global IP Lead, and working closely with business teams, other legal colleagues, and Perrigo’s outsourced IP provider, you will play a key role in ensuring Perrigo’s brands, innovations, formulations, packaging, and other assets are protected, competitive, and positioned to support sustainable growth.Thsi role will give you the opportunity to:
