The Maintenance Coordinator manages maintenance activities, labour, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations. They are responsible for planning schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring all maintenance work meets safety and quality standards.
Candidates must hold a trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Fitter and possess a solid understanding of drill rigs, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Proficiency with computer-based systems and possession of a HR Driver Licence and Forklift Licence are preferred.
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, labour, contractors and equipment to support safe, reliable and efficient operations.
Working closely with site teams, operations and the broader maintenance function, the role will plan and prioritise maintenance requirements, allocate resources,
monitor asset availability and ensure work is completed to the required safety, quality and compliance standards.
The position plays a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing unplanned downtime and supporting a consistent maintenance approach across the fleet.
