The IT Project Manager plans and delivers complex IT projects supporting mission-critical systems while leading cross-functional technical teams. They serve as the primary interface between government stakeholders and technical personnel to ensure projects meet contractual and security requirements.
Candidates must have extensive professional experience (up to 16 years depending on degree) and at least 3 years supporting IC or DOE customers. An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is mandatory.
Position Summary
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex information technology projects supporting mission-critical systems. This position leads cross-functional technical teams, manages project scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and serves as the primary interface between government stakeholders, contractor leadership, and technical personnel. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements, security policies, and government standards.
This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as experience managing IT initiatives within classified environments.
