The Food Safety Officer is responsible for monitoring and improving food safety standards, including the management of HACCP processes and KPIs. Key duties include leading the sanitation team, performing microbiological analyses, and conducting root cause and risk assessments.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Safety, Food Technology, or a related field with strong knowledge of HACCP. Fluency in Dutch and a working knowledge of French are required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

As a Food Safety Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving food safety standards across the organization. You will ensure compliance with food safety requirements, monitor key performance indicators, support sanitation and pest control programs, and contribute to a strong food safety culture.
You will work closely with multiple departments, perform microbiological analyses, support HACCP activities, conduct root cause and risk assessments, deliver training, and act as a key point of contact for food safety-related matters.
