Alta interatividade com processos Demanda, Customer Service, MRP, DRP, Manufatura, Qualidade, Suprimentos, R&D e Manutenção a fim de garantir os objetivos de cada processo, melhor custo e principalmente o nível de serviço ao cliente.
Gestão de indicadores relacionados a produção: MFR, ADERÊNCIA DE PRODUÇÃO, TE E SERVIÇO.
Condução de fóruns com time multifuncional para validação, revisão e confirmação dos volumes de produção planejados.
