The role provides logistics and administrative support to the sales team and manages customer service files for the beverage and Alvalle business units. A significant portion of the role involves acting as a business representative for the SAP Quantum implementation, including UAT testing, user training, and change management.
Requires a degree in Business or Economics with 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience (preferably FMCG) and 5-8 years in an international business environment. Expert-level SAP logistics knowledge and B2/C1 English proficiency are mandatory.

Actualizar ficheros del departamento Customer Service, tanto para bebidas como Alvalle.
Participar en nuevos proyectos de Expansión de Alvalle, dando soporte logístico.
Participar proyecto SAP, dar soporte al resto de departamento: Responsable de representar a su área de negocio durante la implantación de Quantum, participando activamente en la validación funcional de la solución, ejecución de pruebas UAT, preparación y entrega de formación a usuarios finales, soporte durante Go-Live e Hypercare y liderazgo de la gestión del cambio para asegurar la correcta adopción de los nuevos procesos y herramientas SAP.
