This fast-paced, highly collaborative team plays a critical role in advancing PepsiCo’s inorganic growth agenda across its global beverage and snack portfolio, directly contributing to the company’s long-term strategic success.
Associates on the Corporate M&A team are involved across the full deal lifecycle, including transaction structuring, due diligence management, financial modeling and valuation, business case development, and managing the internal approval process.
