Lead the Sting brand in India by driving penetration, equity, and volumes through strategic positioning and innovation. Act as the primary liaison between global and local teams to align brand strategies and execute marketing programs.
Requires a Tier 1 MBA with 8-10 years of FMCG experience, including at least 2-3 years in brand marketing and activation. Candidates must have experience interacting with creative and media agencies and possess strong influencing skills.
Lead the Brand Sting and its Pack/Product innovations for India BU. This Position helps the category lead for Sting to drive Brand Penetration, Equity and Volumes for Sting thus strengthening PepsiCo’s play within the Energy segment. This person shall also be the key Spoc between Global and India collaboration on the Brand for better synergies, efficiencies and strategic alignments on the Brand.
(Preferably min 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing & activation)
