Lead the technical Quality and Food Safety vision for the Foods business unit to ensure alignment with corporate policies and strategies. Oversee HACCP plans, allergen management, and FSSAI compliance across manufacturing sites to ensure product safety and excellence.
Requires a bachelor's degree in science or engineering with 10-12 years of FMCG supply chain experience and 5-7 years specifically in food safety management. Preference is given to candidates with lead auditor certifications in ISO 22K or FSSC 22K.

Responsible to ensure food safety plans and policies in the business unit are in alignment with PI and PepsiCo policies and strategies.
Provide SME support to the business unit to maintain safe processes and products within the current portfolio and with future innovation.
